Privacy Policy

LASCO believes in protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information we collect and store about our clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we receive about our clients. We will advise you of our privacy policy and practices at least once a year, as required by law.

1. General: We collect and use the information that is provided to Lasco by our clients and the information generated internally about clients for administering our products or services, processing transactions requested by our client and to meet requirements by law or state and federal regulations.
2. Disclosure of Information: Client information is only provided to agents, employees and third parties as required to allow them to help us develop and provide our products and services; perform internal audits; and to law enforcement agencies and regulatory agencies. We will not sell or give client information to any external organization or business that may want to sell their products or services to you.
3. Confidentiality and Security: Lasco will safeguard any information we collect, receive and maintain about our clients using technological tools and by maintaining high security business practices. Lasco limits access to our client's information to only those employees who need access to the information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to our normal disciplinary process. When we utilize other parties to help us conduct our business, we expect them to protect your information as well. We do not authorize them to use or share your information for any purpose other than the work they are doing on our behalf or as required by law.
